POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Sales Executive at Saffire, you will play a key role in accelerating revenue growth within the live events industry by identifying, qualifying and closing new business to exceed quarterly revenue goals. You will work closely with VP of Strategic Partnerships to execute strategic sales initiatives, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall expansion of Saffire’s client base. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with experience in SaaS, ticketing, or related technology sales, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both independent and collaborative sales efforts.

POSITION DETAILS

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities in the live events space
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in Saffire’s CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Leverage existing relationships and networking opportunities to expand Saffire’s market presence
  • Proven experience managing long, complex sales cycles, engaging with multiple stakeholders to navigate the decision-making process
  • Confidently articulate Saffire’s product benefits and unique value to clients of all sizes, establishing credibility as a trusted expert
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies and follow-ups
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations (remote and in-person), encompassing both technical and non-technical aspects of the product offering
  • Attend industry tradeshows and networking events to generate leads, meet prospective clients, and build meaningful industry relationships
  • Represent Saffire in a way that is consistent with company values
  • Achieve and report on key sales performance metrics related to pipeline activity to VP of Strategic Partnerships & CEO


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-6 years sales experience in enterprise SaaS, digital event ticketing, or related technology industries, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the live events industry, along with a passion for understanding the challenges event organizers face
  • Excellent ability to build lasting impressions and create trust
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire sales cycle, handle objections and close deals
  • Motivated, self-starter – ability to organize tasks and manage priorities, while recognizing new opportunities for innovative solutions & results
  • Strong communication skills – strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting in person and via video streaming to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Tech savvy – Comfort with technology and an ability to learn Saffire’s suite of solutions quickly
  • Willingness to work in a sales capacity with a focus on team success, both in terms our partnerships team and Saffire as a whole
  • Four-year degree in marketing, sales, business, communications or related field
  • Software proficiency in: MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce (or equivalent CRM); experience in other sales tools, such as Apollo, Gong, & Kalendar.AI a plus.
